Fitness Progress Check-In Day 16

Yesterday while amazing fitness wise, was a little stressful health-wise and today’s health issues just got a little less complicated and more complicated at the same time. I was a bit more sore from the exercise yesterday as well, but did manage to get 15 minutes (no music today) on my Sunny Fitness godsend air walk trainer so I’m thrilled about that.

Things to be grateful for today? I was not injured from my workouts and I was able to walk just fine which, was good as I headed to urgent care for a follow on my stomach/bladder pain which is most likely due to an IBS flare up, but the test results tomorrow will confirm what it is, since a UTI was ruled out.

I did ask the universe why the FRICK I’m getting another health issue when I’m finally getting my health back on track slowly but surely. I can honestly say, I am truly tired of the pain…but let’s flip the switch shall we? Instead of focusing on that, I will focus on what I CAN do. I was able to hold on to the poles on the train with my right arm which I was not able to do since last year, so my shoulder impingement is getting better. I was able to sit for 45minutes on those chairs at Urgent Care without pain in my glutes, which means I’m starting to get some muscle back in my bum so that’s a bonus!

I will take this win today. Here’s to tomorrow and the future days, hoping firm that bootie and the rest of my body up and build that strength for a pain free Comic Con this year!
