Today I woke up and my stomach was a mess and super bloated, but the Colace was finally working a bit and the panic of me having to go to the ER subsided. I was completely wiped about again but decided to get on the glider and get the blood moving for at least 17 minutes. It was a looong 17 minutes to say the least and a quick few reps with the resistance bands so I could log some activity for the day.
After breakfast I still felt like crap and wanted to call in sick, but waited it out for a few hours, so my coworker could start her shift and then I just couldn’t anymore. I just needed to rest and my intestines felt like they were doing the cha cha on top of a volcano thanks to the Colace. I felt like maybe I need a littler-box at this point.

It’s now a little after 6p and it looks like the rest of this evening will be filled with a familiar and painful rumble in the belly and dashes to the restroom. At least, I got in my exercise and that is something to smile about.
