Fitness Check In Day 28

Since I work from home, I’m fortunate, and with no appointments till later in the week, I stayed home next to my two fans whirring away on this super hot day.

In the morning I was definitely feeling the heat and was too tired to do any form of exercise.  However, I got a small burst of energy around dinner time, so I took advantage before making dinner and got on that glider for 25 minutes!!! I felt soo invigorated and calm!! 

I usually like to walk after dinner to help with digestion, so today I walked for 25 minutes (indoors).  It may be boring walking back and forth in the hallway and from room to room, but it’s better than nothing and some good music in the background or talking to someone on the phone, helps make the time go by quicker.

I didn’t do any yoga today, but fingers crossed I can get on that mat tomorrow or even Thursday.  Getting back to moving the body after 3 days of just laying in bed, really feels amazing!
