Fitness Check In Day 43

Today I attempted to do quick 40 minute Vinyasa Yoga session. A workout I have done multiple times in the past with a bit of ease after having practiced for over a year, however, looking back, I have not done Vinyasa yoga since early September 2023.

With all the issues I have been having with tightness and pain pretty much all over, I wanted to do at least try to see if this would help a bit.

I had to modify a lot and did not include the whole 41 minute yoga session but below are some of poses I did that were challenging for me. Chaturanga is something that I cannot do right now but know that I will be able to eventually as I have done before. My form is not perfect and needs a LOT of work, I was out of breath a lot, but the point is that I tried and I was able to finish the entire yoga workout which really did surprise me and made me super proud!!
