Fitness Check In Day 62

Yesterday I was determined to start the Bedflex program over on the DDPY app and I did. The best part about the DDPY app is that is lays it all out for you each week and you can either add or change whatever workout you want to do that day. Today I did Bed Flex I, 40 pullbacks with the Yellow band (level 1) and I walked for a total of 20 minutes outside while getting some birthday plates for my mom’s birthday tomorrow along with a few other items. After dinner I kept active for about 10 minutes putting the rest of the Halloween decor away that I had left out up until my stomach began to protest. Not bad for a Monday I have to say despite the pain in my mouth, chest and throat from the Esophagitis, I pushed through and did what I had to do. Tomorrow, I will begin to take the PPI Voquezna so that I can start the road to healing my esophagitis once and for all.

For now at this moment, I just am excited that I have started an exercise routine again and I know that by keeping up with DDPY at this pace and not getting over eager and jumping to an exercise routine that my body is not ready for, by December, I will see a great difference and maybe by January I will be able to start doing Yoga on the mat again. No pressure of course, I’m just taking it one day at a time, thanking my body for what it is able to do and working towards that goal of doing full yoga workouts and teaching others.
