Fitness Check In Day 78

I’m still having pain after falling in the bathtub on Feb 14th, which I have been dealing with, but the worse thing is now I’m having dizziness when I walk and move my neck too much as I did last year when my neck/back subluxation were at an all time high and I was low in vitamin D3. Using two pillows to prevent acid from coming up my esophagus when sleeping hasn’t helped that area in the least. The only good thing is that my legs are still holding up so far. At the present moment I cannot afford the chiropractor and my insurance doesn’t cover that so for now it’s just self massages on my neck to and stretches to keep the dizziness from getting worse.

Despite all of that today, I did my sit to standing repetitions plus some pullbacks with the resistance bands to strengthen that right arm that’s been giving me grief. I was also able to take advantage of my lunch hour and take a quick walk outside to get the blood moving and record a motivational video. All in all not a bad Thursday despite waking up feeling defeated. Enjoy the video my Phoenixes!!
