Fitness Check In Day 56: Comic Con Day 2

I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get dressed up in costume let alone actually go to the Javits Center today because of the dizziness I was feeling in over the past few weeks up until today where my dizziness was non existent!! I was also nervous because of how much pain my body was in.  Could I walk without a cane again? What’s more, I was nervous about using new boots since I haven’t worn anything other than sneakers with special insoles since my plantar fascitis popped on one foot, and the torn ligaments on the toes of my other foot 1 year ago now.

However, I was nervous for nothing.  These boots that I purchased on Amazon are absolute lifesavers!  I was able to last walking around for about 4 hours without sitting down until the end.  Four hours of sheer bliss, fun and excitement!!!!

The best part of dressing up as Chelsea Green was meeting other wrestling fans dressed up as wrestlers from the past and present!!  I even got to take a picture with Chelsea’s husband, wrestler Matt Cordona!!

I was in sheer bliss being able to finally participate in a cosplay meet up and hope to do again next year.  Maybe next year I can finally dress up as Asuka, or Charlotte Flair.

Below are some pics from today. I am wiped out and my legs are burning from all the walking, but I hope that tomorrow I will feel rested enough to partake in another day at the happiest place on earth!

Have a great night my phoenixes!! Each day life is a new day to conquer your fears, enjoy life, overcome your shy nature and meet new people.  Until tomorrow!!
