To Record or Not Record, That is the Question

After two very productive days where my energy levels were pretty high and the pain in my body and my throat were alleviated significantly due to, I feel, the constant movement, I woke up today wanting to record the first episode of a podcast I was thinking of starting.

I had the idea brought up to me by a few people in the past. A friend told me to start a podcast about food, which I thought was great, but I didn’t know how to start and then my health issues got worse and I lost interest. Then another friend told me to start a podcast around this website. I thought it was an exciting thought, but again I didn’t know where to start. Despite this, over a month ago, I got the ball rolling and created what I needed on podbean to start a podcast. I had ideas flowing, but they were all unorganized and all over the place. To start, I really needed a to start small and focus on one thing to talk about. Then as those who have been reading know. My health took a turn and the uncertainty, pain and weakness, sidelined everything I had planned. Now that I am feeling better I wanted to record my first episode and my esophagitis pain prevented me from being able to speak above a whisper on Friday.

All morning and afternoon, my desire to record something was sidelined. In the evening after I drank a carrot/pear juice I finally made thanks to my juicer, the pain subsided enough for me to record at least a few minutes of the Mind Body Synergylia Podcast. Will this be a regular thing? I don’t know. For now, I am just doing the best I can and trying reach more people if possible to share my story in hopes that my story, or inspirational posts, help or inspire at least 1 person.
